As a response to Thailand’s evolving maritime landscape, I.M.C.S. emerged, driven by the enactment of crucial legislations like “The Carriage Of Goods By Sea Act” (1991) (COGSA) and “The Arrest Of Ships Act” (1991). These legislations underscored the need for reliable and professional services within the industry.
